Concrete Polishing For newly installed concrete: The surface's trowel marks and fine irregularities are smoothed out to create a surface without roughness. For renovated concrete: The surface, which has had irregularities removed in the previous grinding step, is further smoothed to eliminate grinding marks and fine irregularities, resulting in a surface without roughness. ◆3. Penetrating Surface Hardener Seal Hard This is a concrete surface hardener that is "penetrated" rather than "applied." It provides strong dust resistance and wear resistance to the concrete.
