Of course, we also manufacture custom products tailored to specific conditions. 1) Rail Ace and related products By combining metal rails (made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, and high corrosion-resistant steel) with various fittings, it is possible to support steel conduits (sizes: nominal 19 to 104), SGP pipes, VE pipes, VP pipes, and CD pipes. We also offer products that can be cut to various short lengths (100mm to 1500mm in increments of 50mm) and processed with holes to meet on-site needs. (The standard length is 2500mm.) 2) Various brackets We sell brackets that accommodate the installation of various equipment. 1) Rail Ace and Related Products This is a popular shape of metal rail used for securing various electrical conduits (such as electrical pipes). It can be fixed in conjunction with the related D-clip products. We offer three types of shapes with different heights, as well as materials including galvanized steel plates, stainless steel, and high corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plates (only for D1 type). Additionally, we also provide short rails to reduce on-site labor. 2) Various Brackets We sell brackets that accommodate the installation of various equipment. We offer shapes and finishes (materials, coatings, plating) that meet various installation conditions for securing large lighting fixtures, rotating lights, surveillance cameras, metal wiring ducts, and more.
