The "Rotating Banner Arm" is a product that can be mounted on various poles, regardless of whether they are existing or newly installed. When the wind speed exceeds 3 m/s, the banner arm rotates, reducing wind load and bending moments on the pole. The rotated banner arm returns to the angle at which it was mounted, thanks to the special panel structure built into the main body.
