The new proposal "Rotating Banner Arm" reduces wind pressure on poles and can be attached to various poles, whether existing or newly installed. When the wind speed exceeds 3 m/s, the banner arm rotates, alleviating wind load and bending moment on the pole. The rotated banner arm returns to its installation angle thanks to a special spring structure built into the main body.
