The "FH-6140" is a handler type that performs a consistent process of exterior inspection and taping after electrical characteristic testing with simultaneous measurement of 32 units. It individually retrieves two-direction mini flat package ICs (devices) stored in a 6-row magazine and conducts simultaneous testing of 32 units using IC sockets connected to the tester.
