This is a new technology that generates a complex decontamination gas that decomposes nucleic acids by 99.99%, breaking down and inactivating the nucleic acids of pathogens. Gas Phase 1. Indoor air is suctioned and mixed with the mixed gas for inactivation. 2. Suspended pathogens are suctioned along with the air and inactivated while being collected by a HEPA filter. 3. The sprayed decontamination gas inactivates suspended pathogens in the room and pathogens adhered to the environment. Due to its good diffusibility and operation at low concentrations with almost no residue, it allows for operation without the need for post-exposure wiping (with ethyl alcohol). This sterilization system using gas-phase decontamination gas resolves issues related to room temperature and humidity (water droplets). 1. There is no need for wiping after decontamination. 2. Operation without corrosion is possible, allowing for the use of electronic devices and memory, etc.
