(Project Introduction) "New Construction of a Paid Nursing Home in Ie Island" In the construction of a nursing home on Ie Island, Okinawa, our lightweight resin formwork (DUO) and aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX) were used.

The needs on site were mainly identified as the following three points: reduction in the number of materials, reduction in the number of workers, and a higher productivity rate. To address these issues, Perry Japan proposed the lightweight resin formwork system (DUO) and the aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX), which were newly introduced to the Japanese market in 2019. These solutions contributed to reducing the number of materials, shortening work time, and increasing labor efficiency.

The amount of wood used has decreased compared to traditional methods, achieving resource conservation. The volume of materials transported to the site has decreased, reducing transportation costs.
