<Achievements in Large Factories> Fluorescent penetrant testing liquid used during non-destructive testing By combining our "ECO Clean LFP" with our unique stirring adsorption tank, we successfully removed COD from penetrant liquid wastewater with a concentration of approximately 1,300 ppm, bringing it down to river discharge standards. \ Significant Reduction in Treatment Costs / The cost of industrial waste treatment is approximately 80,000 yen per ton for wastewater and about 17,000 yen per ton for solid waste.  ↓ In the case of "ECO Clean LFP" 1 ton of wastewater becomes about 15 kg of concentrated sludge (solid), reducing the treatment cost to approximately 【300 yen】! <Usage> Removal of COD contained in fluorescent penetrant testing wastewater and reduction of treatment costs. <ECO Clean LFP Mechanism> Unique pleated filter with approximately 1mm thick "powdered activated carbon" attached. ↓ Raw water passes through, removing COD through adsorption filtration. ★ Fully automatic from activated carbon attachment, filtration adsorption, cleaning and detachment of activated carbon, to reattachment ★ ★ Long-lasting filter can be reused repeatedly, no hassle of replacement ★ Additionally, circulation and reuse of factory water and cleaning water, wastewater recycling, removal of organic substances and organic solvents such as PFAS, BOD, COD, TOC, and other difficult-to-decompose substances. <Our Strengths> 1.
