Expacker method

Possible extensive solidification! Construction injection method technology using permanent grout material.

The "Expacker Method" is a technique developed with a focus on the ability to achieve extensive solidification with a large discharge volume at low injection pressure by permeating from a large columnar space, in contrast to conventional chemical injection methods. It is an injection method based on the principle of columnar permeation layering. Multiple injection outer pipes with several bags and discharge ports are installed in the designated improvement area, and by injecting into the inner pipe, the bags are expanded and anchored to the ground to form packers. Grout is then discharged from the inner pipe into the columnar space between the upper and lower packers, allowing for wide-range permeation and rapid construction of large volumes of soil. [Features] ■ Rapid construction of large volumes of soil ■ Cost-effective ■ High quality ■ Liquefaction prevention ■ High-strength ground improvement For more details, please feel free to contact us.

basic information

【Specifications】 ■ Can be injected at a wide injection hole spacing (2-4m) with a large discharge rate (20-30ℓ/min) ■ Special injection material used for liquefaction prevention: Permalock ASF series - Active silica obtained by removing alkalinity from water glass - Continuous injection for several tens of hours is possible - Forms a permanent ground of 0.1-0.2MN/m² (1-2kgf/cm²) ■ Special injection material used for high-strength ground improvement: Hybrid silica - Ultra-fine particle composite silica - Forms a high-strength ground of 3-5MN/m² (30-50kgf/cm²) *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
