Reduce friction! A coating agent that facilitates the pressing and pulling removal of embedded steel materials.

The "Friction Cutter" reduces frictional force due to the effect of a special polymer layer, making it easier to press in and pull out embedded steel materials (H-shaped steel, steel pipes, steel sheet piles, and casings). The Friction Cutter coating material and application agent improve work safety by simplifying construction and heavy machinery compared to conventional casing methods, and they can reduce removal costs by shortening the extraction period. Additionally, it can be applied to counter negative friction between the ground and temporary underground structures. 【Features】 - A special polymer layer is formed on the surface of piles (steel materials) such as H-shaped steel, and through contact with cement water or groundwater, a water-containing gel is interposed at the boundary between the cement layer (or geological layer) and the pile (steel material). - The water-containing gel layer facilitates the extraction and removal of the pile (steel material).
