3D Geocell Method Geoweb (Geoweb) [*Construction examples available*]

The three-dimensional honeycomb structure is effective for slope protection, retaining walls, riverbank reinforcement, and improving subgrade support! It is currently being used more widely as a construction method with low environmental impact!

This is a geocell product made of high-density polyethylene sheets with excellent durability, which are pressure-bonded in a staggered pattern using high-frequency technology, forming a three-dimensional honeycomb structure when expanded. By filling the cells with materials such as excavated soil or crushed stone, a strong structure is created. It is effective for slope protection, retaining walls, riverbank protection, and improving subgrade support. **Features** - Lightweight and compact, making it convenient for storage and easy to transport to the site. - Can be deployed on gently sloping surfaces and used as slope protection material after being secured with anchor pins and covered with soil. - Made from high-density polyethylene, which offers excellent durability and flexibility. - Filling with locally sourced seed-containing excavated soil allows for greening with native species. - Applicable for slope protection, vegetative retaining walls, river and waterway bank protection, and subgrade and support reinforcement. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.*

basic information

【Features】 ○ Lightweight and compact, making it convenient for storage and easy to transport to the site. ○ Easy installation → The installation method involves repeated processes of unfolding, filling, and compacting, which shortens the construction period and is effective for disaster recovery and construction in narrow sites. → When stacked in a stepped manner, it can be used as a retaining wall. ○ Flexible structure and a variety of filling materials → The material is high-density polyethylene, which excels in durability and flexibility, allowing for installation that conforms to the shape of the site. ○ Possibility of greening with native species → By filling the cells with local seed-containing soil, greening with native species can be achieved. → When installed as a layered retaining wall, local seeds can settle in the pockets, promoting greening with native species. ○ Wide range of applicable construction types → Applicable for slope protection, vegetative retaining walls, river and waterway bank protection, as well as subgrade and bearing capacity reinforcement. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
