[Construction Case] Water Barrier Sheet for Pond Site Disaster Recovery Method

Proposing a geo-web crushed stone layer for the restoration of the foundation under the waterproof sheet! By adopting this, we can achieve a reduction in construction time.

We would like to introduce a case study on the construction method for "waterproof sheet for agricultural pond disaster recovery." In this case, a pond used for agricultural purposes was protected by a waterproof sheet on its surface. Over time, voids developed in the ground behind the waterproof sheet, causing the sheet to float. We adopted a design that involved installing a permeable crushed stone layer behind the waterproof sheet and discharging the groundwater behind the sheet through a pipe at the bottom of the pond. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - If left unaddressed, there was a possibility that the waterproof sheet could be damaged, compromising its waterproofing performance. ■ Proposal - We proposed using "GeoWeb," a durable frame material, to maintain the crushed stone layer beneath the waterproof sheet. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
