[Construction Case] Pneumatic Caisson Floor Burial Speed Promotion Method

Introducing examples of using friction cutter functional coatings!

We would like to introduce a case where the pneumatic caisson method was adopted for the construction of bridge pier foundations built within a river. In this project, we proposed applying a friction cutter to the exterior of the caisson sinking structure to shorten the embedding time. This approach reduces the friction between the outer perimeter of the caisson sinking structure and the surrounding ground, thereby decreasing the weight of the caisson sinking structure. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues - If the friction between the surrounding ground and the caisson sinking surface is strong, it takes longer to embed. ■ Results - Reduced friction between the outer perimeter of the caisson sinking structure and the surrounding ground. - Decreased weight of the caisson sinking structure. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
