[Construction Case] Solcomat Method Butt Reinforcement Method <Example of Typhoon No. 19 in Reiwa Year 1>

We propose a method for reinforcing river levees as a crisis management hard measure! Case study from Typhoon No. 19.

We would like to introduce a case where the effectiveness of crisis management-type hard measures for levee toe reinforcement was confirmed. In the Arakawa River system, at a location where crisis management-type hard measures were implemented due to Typhoon No. 19, overflow occurred (with a water depth of about 25 cm during the overflow), but there was a case where the levee did not breach.
