[Construction Example] Construction on Weak Subgrade Using Long Fiber Nonwoven Fabric Possibility

We will introduce examples of road design using geotextiles that have become possible in weak subgrade ground!

We would like to introduce a case where the soft subgrade improvement method "Geotextile Long Fiber Non-Woven Fabric (Posible) Installation Method" was proposed in the road design associated with the reconstruction of agricultural roads. In this site, there were buried utilities such as pipes within the subgrade, making it difficult to adopt large-scale ground improvement methods. Therefore, by proposing design considerations based on the "Design and Construction Manual for Pavement on Soft Subgrade Using Geotextiles" (Soil and Ground Research Center), we were able to suggest a simple cross-section modification. 【Features】 ■ Excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength ■ Superior water resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance ■ Long-term stability in soil ■ The sheet has a three-dimensional structure, providing excellent water permeability and filtration performance ■ Lightweight and compact, making transportation and installation easy, allowing for simple construction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
