The newly developed "CCF STYLE DSK" is a whole-house air conditioning system that can simultaneously provide floor heating and humidification, preventing excessive dryness during winter heating and maintaining a comfortable temperature and humidity throughout the house. Measurements taken over a year at a sales-type ZEH model house built in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture in 2019 confirmed that it maintains a comfortable thermal environment indoors during both summer and winter, while also achieving zero annual utility costs.
