By updating the existing tunnel freezer, we significantly improve capacity, operability, and ease of cleaning!
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Tunnel Freezer" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. There were issues with the old equipment, which was frequently breaking down, had uneven cooling, and caused products to scatter in various places. Therefore, we introduced this new device. While discussing with factory operators and maintenance personnel, we created a machine that was appropriately sized, structurally sound, and easy to use. As a result, troubles decreased, maintenance became easier, and both productivity and quality improved.
