[Case Study] Low-Temperature Processing Equipment for Raw Materials (HACCP Compliant)
Introduced HACCP-compliant low-temperature processing equipment! Improved quality, productivity, and environmental aspects!
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Low-Temperature Processing Equipment for Raw Materials (HACCP Compliant)" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. There was a need to sort raw materials such as vegetables upon delivery, but there was no dedicated room for this, leading to issues related to hygiene, temperature, and lighting (visibility). Therefore, we created low-temperature processing equipment in compliance with HACCP standards. Due to the low temperature (around 15°C), the deterioration of raw materials was minimized during work. 【Overview】 ■ Background leading to the introduction - There was a need to sort raw materials such as vegetables upon delivery, but there was no dedicated room, and a shared space was being used, which posed hygiene issues. ■ Solutions/Effects - We created low-temperature processing equipment in compliance with HACCP standards. - The lighting became brighter, allowing for immediate identification of defective parts in the raw materials. - Cleaning after work became easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
