床調査事業
フロアエージェントの床精度調査事業は、物流倉庫や工場のコンクリート床を数値と図で可視化し、AGV・AMR導入や既存床改修の判断を支援するサービスです。専用計測器フロアプロファイラーを使用し、床レベルを0.1mm単位で測定。取得したデータを不陸ヒートマップ、断面グラフ、計測結果一覧として整理することで、高い箇所、低い箇所、うねり、許容値を超える範囲を一目で確認できます。見た目では分からない床精度を把握できるため、設備会社との打合せ、社内稟議、補修範囲の選定にも活用できます。さらに調査して終わりではなく、高い部分は研磨、低い部分や広範囲の不陸はセルフレベリング、目地やジョイント段差はフロアブリッジなど、現場に応じた是正工事まで提案可能です。過剰施工を避け、必要な範囲に必要な工法を選ぶことで、工期や費用、施設稼働への影響を抑えた床改善につなげます。調査範囲は主通路、副通路、搬送ライン、設備導入予定エリアごとに設定でき、広い倉庫でも段階的に確認できます。全国の案件にも調査段階から柔軟に対応可能です。AGV導入前、自動倉庫化、テナント入替え、倉庫の資産価値向上を検討する際は、まず床精度の見える化からご相談ください。
