  • Exterior wall coating peeling and cleaning

Exterior wall coating peeling and cleaning(19)

This is an introduction to exterior wall coating peeling and cleaning.

  • Work process

    Work process(0)

We will introduce the work process for bridge coating peeling.

  • Tile, stone, and other chemical cleaning

Tile, stone, and other chemical cleaning(1)

Thoroughly spray water on the tile and stone cleaning surface as well as the surrounding sashes and glass. (This is to ensure uniform application of the chemicals and to prevent excessive penetration of the chemicals into the tiles and joints. The chemical (main agent: ammonium fluoride, concentration below 15%) reacts with calcium in the soil and is exempt from water quality standards and the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law.) Apply the chemical using a cleaning brush. (Use at a pH of around 3, similar to edible vinegar.) For stubborn dirt, perform polishing and brushing with a tile pad. Rinse thoroughly with water before the chemical dries. To remove residual dirty water that has penetrated the tile surface and any moss or other attachments in the joints, perform high-pressure hot water cleaning.

  • Iron coating peeling

    Iron coating peeling(1)

Regarding the substrate preparation, the level of substrate adjustment according to "Renovation Common Work" is set to RA, and the surface preparation is classified as cleanliness level 2 (Type 2 Keren). However, in "Renovation Common Work," the cleanliness level 2 (Type 2 Keren) states that "rust and paint film remain in recessed and narrow areas," whereas the IMI method is characterized by the removal of rust and paint film in those areas as well. Complete stripping is made possible by combining high-pressure hot water washing with paint film softening stripping agents. Additionally, in areas where a high-pressure hot water washer cannot be used (such as narrow spaces), the substrate adjustment level is maintained by using a combination of paint film softening stripping agents with power tools and hand tools.

  • Concrete roughening

    Concrete roughening(1)

A concrete surface treatment method using high-pressure water washing, aimed at removing adherent substances and weak layers from ceramic tiles and mortar-coated concrete, and effectively creating uneven surfaces for adhesion.

  • IMI method

    IMI method(11)

This is a method for stripping existing degraded paint films by applying a safe biodegradable paint film softener to soften the film and then spraying high-pressure hot water. It minimizes damage to the substrate, offers high efficiency, does not lead to environmental destruction or pollution, is gentle on plants and animals, and allows for stripping work that does not compromise safety or hygiene. Additionally, it is the definitive method for stripping existing paint films from architectural structures without excessively damaging the substrate and reducing costs in subsequent processes.
