This is a self-investigation service for soil during operations, aimed at sites with physical constraints, provided by Geotech, a designated investigation agency, in full compliance with various guidelines and laws of the Ministry of the Environment. In Phase 1 historical investigations involving changes in use, we conduct detailed tracking of the changes in localized work processes within buildings, in addition to analyzing public notification materials and past drawings, to pinpointedly assess the likelihood of leaks due to the deterioration of impermeable pavements and aging underground piping. Furthermore, in field investigations, we employ specialized sampling techniques such as the SCSC, a simple mechanical boring machine, and self-propelled Dvořák, which can reliably collect deep soil samples even in narrow sites where heavy machinery cannot enter or in low-ceilinged indoor spaces, establishing high-precision component analysis data without halting operations.
