Long-Life Plan Development Support System for River Gates "Chōjūrō / GT"
It is also possible to add components not on the list! We strongly support the formulation of longevity plans with a variety of features.
"Chojuro / GT" is a support system for formulating long-term maintenance plans for river gates. By simply selecting the type of facility (roller gate, slide gate, lift gate, pump), corresponding components can be easily registered, and it is also possible to add components that are not listed. Based on diagnostic results, it robustly supports the formulation of long-term maintenance plans with various functions, including creating countermeasure scenarios for multiple facilities and equipment, calculating lifecycle costs for arbitrary evaluation periods, and changing the timing of countermeasure implementation. [Features] ■ Input of facilities and components - By simply selecting the type of facility (roller gate, slide gate, lift gate, pump), corresponding components can be easily registered. - It is also possible to add components that are not listed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. basic information
【Other Features】 ■ Scenario-based Degradation Prediction - Multiple scenarios can be registered - Automatically selects the scenario with the lowest cost from multiple scenarios (changes are also possible) ■ Budget Smoothing and Synchronization - Easily create a long-term maintenance plan that combines mechanical and electrical equipment with civil structures - Long-term maintenance plans for multiple facilities (such as sluices and airports) can be created, with the ability to consider priorities and budget constraints for smoothing and manual synchronization of countermeasure timing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
