The Suppon MWX is a seismic joint designed specifically for pipes, manufactured by Mitsui Mining & Smelting Engineering Co., Ltd. (MESCO), that does not require disassembly. It accommodates nominal diameters from Φ40 to Φ250. The allowable water pressure can be supported up to 2.0 MPa using a dedicated in-core. It allows for the connection of bridge-mounted piping without the need for flange processing or welding work, enabling installation with just one wrench and immediate water flow after installation. Additionally, it can be installed without the need for special tools, making it unaffected by environmental conditions (weather, mountainous areas). - The pipe-on-slide connection allows for easy adjustment and alignment between bridge piping and buried piping. - There is a wide range of compatible connections between MESCO pipes and other pipe types (such as PVC pipes and cast iron pipes). - There is a rich lineup of products ideal for the installation of mechanical soft-seal shut-off valves that eliminate leakage risks from shut-off valves, as well as fire hydrants and air valves.
