Hawk Nailing (NETIS HK-240018 - A)

Self-drilling bolt system used in conjunction with casing pipes. Achieves reliable grout filling. A lightweight and compact system suitable for construction in narrow spaces.

【NETIS Registered】(HK-240 0 1 8- A) ◎ This is a self-drilling "high corrosion-resistant hollow bolt" for the main installation specifications. It is a casing and spacer combined type. The use of a self-drilling method with casing pipes improves construction quality. It is also possible to use lightweight drilling machines or manual labor (leg hammer), making it suitable for construction in narrow areas. Features: - Self-drilling main bolt system using "high corrosion-resistant hollow bolts" with casing - Construction possible with lightweight drilling machines and manual labor - Reliable grout filling - Effective for construction in narrow spaces The "Hawk-Nailing" is a main bolt system constructed using a self-drilling method with casing pipes (diameter 32) and high corrosion-resistant plated hollow rock bolts. It enables reliable grout filling, which has been a challenge in previous self-drilling methods. Additionally, it allows for construction using compact drilling machines or manual labor (leg hammer), making it feasible for construction in narrow areas where large machinery cannot access.

Hawk Nailing Product Information

basic information

○ Rock Bolt Specifications (High Corrosion Resistance ZAM※ Coating Specification) Designation: R32 Cross-sectional Area (mm²): 432 (386) ※ The cross-sectional area in parentheses considers a corrosion allowance of 1mm Yield Load (kN): 200 Yield Strength (N/mm²): 463 Tensile Load (kN): 230 Tensile Strength (N/mm²): 533 Weight (kg/m): 3.4 ※ "ZAM" is a registered trademark of Nippon Steel Corporation. "ZAM" is the product name for the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with aluminum and magnesium alloy coating developed by Nippon Steel Corporation. ■ Drilling Method Air or other supplies are provided from the swivel set on the rock bolt to drill to the specified depth. The drill cuttings are discharged through the gap between the casing pipe and the hole wall. (Reverse circulation drilling) ■ Injection Method Cement milk is filled and injected through the casing pipe with an attached injection head. After confirming leaks, supplementary injection is performed while recovering the remaining casing pipe. ■ Pipe Extraction Method (Manual) Manual extraction work is possible. The tool used for extraction is divided into a wedge part and a striking part (weight), and after inserting the striking part into the casing pipe, the wedge part is set, and the striking part is lifted upward while extracting the pipe.
