This is a method of molding by placing a heated and softened sheet material onto a mold (made of metal, wood, or resin), reducing the pressure between the mold and the sheet, and pressing the sheet onto the mold using air pressure. In addition to general-purpose resin sheets such as styrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyester resin, we meet customer needs by producing thin-walled molded products in large quantities and at low cost, including the molding of cushioning foam sheets.
