[New Construction Case] Pond Dredging Work
We have uploaded a new construction case of the high water content soil improvement agent MT series, which efficiently transported high water content soil accumulated in a reservoir. Please take a look at the link below. In this site, the accumulation of mud in the reservoir reduced the water storage capacity and became a problem. However, the original soil had a high water content ratio, making it difficult to transport using dump trucks. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted, and after improving the soil with this product, it was initially transported within the site using a crawler dump truck, and then further transported to a temporary storage area several kilometers away using a dump truck.

[New Construction Case Study] Adjustment Pond Dredging Work
We have uploaded a new construction case using the high water content soil improvement agent MT series. This case involves the dredging work of a retention pond located in a residential area. Please take a look at the link below. This project involves the removal of mud and soil that has accumulated in the retention pond. The site is located near a residential area, and due to the limited construction space, it was difficult to use cement or lime for improvement. Therefore, the high water content soil improvement agent MT-1 was adopted, and after improvement with this product, the material was immediately transported to a nearby temporary storage area using a dump truck. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[New Construction Case Study Collection] Infrastructure Development Project
We have uploaded a new construction case study of the high water content soil improvement agent MT series. This case involves excavation for the widening of a waterway in a foundation improvement project. Please take a look at the link below. This project is a land readjustment initiative aimed at large-scale rice paddy development. Initially, the plan was to backfill the existing waterway bed with locally generated soil for agricultural use. However, due to the high moisture content of the locally generated soil, we considered methods for improving it, but using cement or lime was not feasible due to concerns about their impact on crops. Therefore, we conducted test formulations to see if the high water content soil improvement agent MT-2 could be used. The results showed that all 28 components of the soil environmental standard analysis were below the threshold, and the soil hardness (Yamanaka method) was 12mm after 21 days, leading us to determine that backfilling with the improved soil was possible. Mixing was then carried out at the site of the existing waterway. Furthermore, considering future subsurface drainage and agricultural activities, the use of improved soil was limited to a depth of 80cm below the surface. Subsequently, improved soil was also utilized in adjacent construction projects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[New Construction Case] We have uploaded the drainage pump station construction project.
We have uploaded a new construction case using the MT series high water content soil improvement agent, which addresses the high water content soil generated from the middle pile construction method. Please take a look at the link below. Project Name: Drainage Pump Station Construction (Tentative Name) Client: Niigata Prefecture Construction Location: Niigata Prefecture Project Overview: This project involves the construction of a drainage pump station. High water content soil is generated during pile driving using the middle pile construction method, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, the neutral and dust-proof treated high water content soil improvement agent MT-2 was adopted, and after improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage site by dump truck. Original Soil Water Content Ratio: Approximately 50% Additive Amount: 3 kg/m3 Improvement Cost: 2,400 yen/m3 Improvement Time: Approximately 10 minutes Recently, the adoption of this product in pile-related construction has significantly increased. If you are facing issues with soil treatment generated from similar projects, please feel free to reach out to us.

[New Construction Case Studies] Gas Pipe Restoration Work
We have uploaded a new construction case study for the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This case involves the removal of mud during the excavation of a shaft for gas pipe restoration work. Please take a look at the link below. The project is for the restoration of gas pipes buried underground. During the excavation of the shaft, groundwater was encountered at depths of 10 to 30 meters, causing mud and muddy water to hinder the construction. Additionally, the temporary storage yard was small, necessitating the immediate removal of the mud. In response, MT-1 was adopted, and this product was added to the mud mixed with quality soil for improvement. The improved soil was immediately transported to a treatment plant located about 15 kilometers away. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

New Construction Case Study Collection: Sludge Treatment Business
We have uploaded a new construction case for the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This project involved improving the mud transported to the treatment facility into recycled soil. After pumping and treating the water in the receiving tank, the mud was improved using the MT series and then fed into the plant, where cement was added to create recycled soil. Previously, cement was directly added to the mud after water drainage, which posed challenges such as scattering to the surrounding area and a massive amount of cement being required. By using the MT series for primary improvement, we enhanced the transportability to the plant, reduced the total amount of cement added, and achieved a reduction in treatment costs. Please take a look at the link below. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[New Construction Case Studies] Soil Improvement Work Using Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machines
We have uploaded a new construction case for the high-cement-content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge was that high-water-content mud could not be processed by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Therefore, as a primary treatment, we improved it with MT-2, resulting in properties suitable for processing by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary process using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. It was also confirmed that adding MT-2 does not affect the strength development of the improved soil. Please take a look at the link below. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[New Construction Case] Urban Mountain Construction Method Project
We have uploaded a new construction case using the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This project involves constructing a tunnel in an urban area using the NATM method. The wash water from the ready-mix concrete trucks used on-site contained sludge, which needed to be regularly transported off-site. However, due to the limited space on-site, it was difficult to secure a vacuum truck for an extended period. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted due to its characteristics of low additive amount and immediate transport capability. After improving the mud with this product, it was transported to the designated disposal site via a standard 10-ton dump truck, using public roads. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
