High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Examples] Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machine
By improving with the high-water-content soil stabilizer MT-2, it is possible to enhance high-water-content soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine!
We would like to introduce examples of the construction of the high-cement-content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge has been that high-water-content mud could not be fed into the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Therefore, as a primary treatment, we improved it with MT-2, resulting in a property that could be fed into the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary treatment using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. It was also confirmed that adding MT-2 did not affect the strength development of the improved soil. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Features of this Product】 ● Instantly solidifies mud, allowing for immediate removal by dump trucks ● Can be improved with a low additive amount of approximately 1-8 kg/m3 ● This product is neutral and is a safe product that meets all soil environmental standards ● Applicable to various types of mud, including cement-containing mud and harbor dredged soil ● Can be constructed using only a backhoe and a pit ● This product contains components that improve detachment from metals, reducing adhesion to backhoes and dump trucks, thereby enhancing workability ● Packaged in plastic bags, significantly reducing waste after use ● Can be improved without generating heat, unlike lime treatment ● This product has been treated to suppress dust generation, making it usable even in windy conditions ● If stored indoors, it can be used without issues even after about one year ● Registered product with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (NETIS) (TH-160012-VE) 【Applicable Soil Types】 ● Dredged soil generated from harbor and river construction ● Bottom mud generated from pond renovation work ● Cement-containing sludge generated from ground improvement work ● Excess bentonite slurry generated from shield tunneling work ● Disaster-generated soil from heavy rain disasters, etc. ● Water purification soil generated from sun-dried beds at water purification plants, among others

[New Construction Case Studies] Soil Improvement Work Using Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machines
We have uploaded a new construction case for the high-cement-content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge was that high-water-content mud could not be processed by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Therefore, as a primary treatment, we improved it with MT-2, resulting in properties suitable for processing by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary process using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. It was also confirmed that adding MT-2 does not affect the strength development of the improved soil.
