    The "Grating (Solid Type)" is a bridge product that allows for a thinner deck slab due to the use of high-strength I-beams in its lattice deck design. Additionally, since it is manufactured in a factory, it significantly reduces the need for on-site construction management, enabling a construction period that is shortened to about 1/2 to 1/3 compared to RC deck slabs. The grating deck slab can adequately handle increasing traffic volumes and large vehicles with its thin slab thickness, and concrete can be poured simply by placing it on the girders, allowing for rapid construction. A design system using computer programs is also fully equipped.

    The "Kakutahashi Pon! Metal Kit" is a new type of metal deck bridge that involves installing square steel pipes one by one, inserting horizontal steel pipes on-site, and pouring concrete to create panels. It allows for rapid and simple construction by transporting factory-made panel units to the site and integrating them together. Compared to PC bridges, it can reduce the design reaction force of the substructure by about 20%, allowing for a smaller substructure. Additionally, due to its low girder height structure, it is possible to reuse existing substructures during bridge renewal. It is suitable for bridges over urban rivers with girder height restrictions and for bridges that intersect with main roads and railways.

    As of March 2023, the manufacturing and sales of HBB and HBB-C will be discontinued. "H-BB" is a modular bridge made of H-shaped steel, and "CT-BB" is a modular bridge made of CT-shaped steel, both having a long history and a wealth of achievements, with numerous installations across the country since their release. The structures include non-composite girders (H-BB, CT-BB) and composite girders (H-BB-C, CT-BB-C), and they come in various types such as road bridges (A and B live loads), forest road bridges, agricultural road bridges, and side road bridges, covering spans of approximately 35 meters. We also offer a weather-resistant steel specification that eliminates the need for painting and allows for maintenance-free operation.
