Reducing manpower at construction sites: Achieving safe and efficient work with system formwork!
For concrete, use the DUO system formwork for walls (NETIS registered)! For slabs, use GRIDFLEX!
<DUO> The vertical and horizontal edges are integrated into a single formwork, achieving lightweight design. It is a new resin-based system formwork for concrete. Made from the new material Polytech, it is high-strength and lightweight. With fewer components, it is easy to handle. The assembly method is straightforward and does not require tools. Designed for efficient work even for those with little experience in formwork tasks, it contributes to improved work speed and labor reduction on site. 【Features】 ■ Universal specifications ■ Ergonomically designed shape ■ Easy panel replacement <GRIDFLEX> An aluminum slab formwork that achieves simple assembly procedures and fewer components! Adjustable in both vertical and horizontal directions with expandable panels. This standardized, highly flexible slab formwork realizes labor reduction, improved labor productivity, and high safety. The panels are hooked from below and pushed up into place with a shuttering aid. Once the Gridflex panels are laid down, the installation of formwork plywood can be carried out safely. 【Features】 ■ Speed ■ Safety ■ Simple assembly ■ Plywood can be freely selected *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.

RC 1-story building Building area: 1,364 square meters Total floor area: 1,359 square meters Formwork construction area: Foundation part approximately 1,500 square meters, above ground floor: approximately 3,500 square meters (total: approximately 5,000 square meters)

The needs on-site were mainly identified as the following three points: reduction in the number of materials, reduction in the number of workers, and a higher work efficiency. To address these issues, Perry Japan proposed a lightweight resin formwork system (DUO) and aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX), which were newly introduced to the Japanese market in 2019. These solutions contributed to reducing the number of materials, shortening work time, and increasing labor efficiency.

Customer comment: "The number of formwork materials per square meter has been halved, simplifying construction and improving work efficiency, which has led to a reduction in construction time. The amount of wood used has decreased compared to traditional methods, achieving resource conservation. The amount of materials transported to the site has decreased, reducing transportation costs. Additionally, since there is no need for tasks such as compacting steel and nailing, noise has been reduced."
