This is a truss beam wall formwork system using adjustable slot and joint fittings made with GT24 girders (formwork beams).
The VARIO GT24 Wall Formwork is a versatile large wall formwork system that accommodates all design and construction conditions. "VARIO means flexibility." By using the VARIO GT24 Wall Formwork, it is possible to accurately assemble panels of dimensions tailored to each project. *The following conditions can be set: - Type and size of plywood - Method of plywood fixation - Width and height of panels - Vertical and horizontal tie rod installation spacing - Allowable concrete lateral pressure Additionally, by using the low-cost, speedy, and easy-to-extend component, VARIO Extension Splice 24, it is possible to extend the height up to 11.00m. Connection materials with high bending strength are arranged to be in line with the panels. In the construction of the architectural project for the Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Technology Center, VARIO GT24 Wall Formwork was used. Two types of panels, flat panels (W1200) and auxiliary panels (W150), were used to construct the S-shaped curved wall with polygonal sections.

(Customer Feedback) This construction project included a complex polygonal section with an S-shaped retaining wall in the seismic isolation layer. By using the VARIO GT24 Wall Formwork, we were able to carry out the construction with a non-separation method, despite the average height of the formwork being 2630mm, and we planned to complete a construction length of 40 meters in one day. Initially, there were some challenges with the workforce, but we gradually became accustomed to it, and the construction speed increased. The construction of the polygonal section went smoothly, which contributed to shortening the overall process.
