RCG Inner Silica, RCG Inner Silica α(6)
The RCG Inner Seal is a concrete impregnation and protection material born from nanotechnology. The main component of RCG Inner Seal, particle colloids (sodium silicate and potassium silicate), penetrate and fill the capillaries, voids, and fine cracks (less than 0.2mm) on the concrete surface. Subsequently, it reacts with calcium hydroxide to produce C-S-H gel, thereby demonstrating a stable protective effect. This revolutionary method protects the concrete surface and extends its lifespan through the synergistic effect of the physical actions of the particle colloids and chemical reactions. Additionally, the materials are derived from natural inorganic minerals, making them environmentally friendly and safe.

Inner coat (inorganic permeable concrete waterproofing and protective material)(30)
When the inner coat penetrates into the concrete, various sizes of colloidal particles are effectively combined to densify the concrete, reacting with calcium hydroxide and modifying it to create waterproof concrete. Due to the nanoparticle diameter of the components, it is specially formulated with technology that allows the reaction to start after achieving the maximum penetration value. The inner coat has a surface tension almost identical to that of pure water, allowing it to penetrate through capillary action. After that, it penetrates through diffusion.
