The "Makuhari Newton Method" (fall prevention specification) is a technique that prevents tile detachment by coating with a polyurea resin paint film. The film is thin, measuring 0.2 to 0.3 mm, yet it is a robust coating that can withstand a load of 0.84 kN in push-out strength tests. Being colorless and transparent, it does not compromise the aesthetic quality of the substrate itself.
