壁無双450は、柱と耐力壁を⼀体化させた、450ｍｍの高耐力壁柱です。 最大壁倍率は約29倍(柱間距離300mmのブレース構造としての壁倍率換算値)の高倍率耐力壁。 壁無双450をご使用いただくことで、スペースに限りのある狭小地物件の地震力等に対する耐力不足を解消するとともに、耐力壁の量を減らすことによる開放的な空間の実現も可能となります。そのほかコンビニやロードサイドの飲食店など、開口を多く取る必要のある建築物にも有効です。 住宅・非住宅を問わず、幅広い分野でご使用いただける高倍率耐力壁です。 【2024年度グッドデザイン賞受賞】
