Underfloor electronic dehumidification unit 'DRY PRO' Ver3
Contributes to the suppression of condensation and mold under the floor. A new model compatible with the foundation packing method has been introduced.
The "DRY PRO" Ver3 is an electronic dehumidifying and ventilation unit for underfloor use, combining a Peltier cooling device with a dedicated stirring and diffusion-type blower. In addition to the diffusion-type model "TYPE-D" for foundation insulation methods, a new model "TYPE-C" compatible with foundation packing methods has been added to the lineup. It can dehumidify even in areas where moisture tends to accumulate by stirring a wide range of air. It helps suppress moisture and condensation under the floor, contributing to the prevention of mold, pests, and decay fungi in wooden components. Furthermore, with the version upgrade in June 2024, a powerful dehumidification operation mode has been added. The surrounding temperature range for dehumidification operation (low-temperature dehumidification operation range) has been expanded, now accommodating surrounding temperatures down to 5°C. 【Features】 ■ Easy installation with a φ22 drainage hole (no drainage pump required) ■ Automatic operation possible with a dedicated indoor controller ■ The direction of the aluminum duct of the blower can be set freely ■ Dehumidification capacity of 1800mL per day (depending on conditions) ■ Uses non-fluorinated electronic cooling technology ■ Compatible with underfloor flooding sensors (optional) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Remote live inspection service
■Live Inspection Start Our company conducts inspections to provide our clients with a deeper understanding of the effectiveness, safety, and installation information of the products they sell. This includes visits to our simulation studio, experimental laboratory, test house, and production line. By observing the visualization of product effects, safety tests, and durability test scenes, we have received feedback such as "I have gained a deeper knowledge of the products" and "I can confidently propose to end users." We are pleased to announce the launch of our 'Remote Live Inspection Service,' focusing on smoke simulation and security systems, which have been the main features of our inspections. Taking into account feedback such as "I am interested, but it's difficult to come to Fukuoka due to the distance" and "It's challenging to coordinate schedules for multiple people," the content will be a condensed version, but we will provide an interactive explanation similar to what you would experience in person. 【Flow of Remote Inspection】 ■ For underfloor ventilation... Building trust with underfloor ventilation fan users.
The Importance of Customer Management The decline in population due to the aging society and low birthrate has become a social issue, affecting the consumption activities of the public. How can we overcome this? Acquiring new customers is important. At the same time, maintaining relationships with customers that we have worked hard to acquire is arguably even more important. This is because connecting with new customers (business development) incurs the highest costs for a company. If existing customers are satisfied and continue to purchase various products and services, contributing to the company's revenue, it will reduce the costs needed for acquiring new customers, or allow for more investment in business development. Our company has been focusing on the utilization of items aimed at strengthening customer touchpoints, while experimenting and refining our approach. This time, we will organize and present the details of that effort.

Checkpoints and measures for underfloor inspection after typhoons and heavy rain.
"Because it's an unseen place, we won't overlook it." Japan's climate is hot and humid, and particularly after typhoons and heavy rains, the conditions for homes become harsh. It's not just the roof and exterior walls that are affected by rain and wind. The area beneath the floor is actually the most susceptible and often overlooked point. This time, we will explain the "checkpoints under the floor" that should be confirmed after a typhoon or heavy rain, the "responses" if abnormalities are found, and measures to prevent recurrence. [Table of Contents] ■ Why is a floor check necessary? ■ Checkpoints to confirm after a typhoon or heavy rain ■ Responses when damage is discovered ■ Points for preventing recurrence ■ Suggestions from Seihou Products ■ Summary Please be sure to read the [related materials] and [related links]. ↓ ↓ ↓
