Bearing Diabase Method
Integrating the base plate, diaphragm, and reinforcement ribs! Contributes to the compactness of the foundation!
The "Bearing Diabase Method" is a reinforcement technique used for embedded column bases (side columns and corner columns) in steel-framed buildings. It employs a method that integrates base plates and diaphragms (made of cast steel) with cast-in reinforcing bars (twisted bars that serve as reinforcement) through a cast-in method. Since it does not involve multi-layer or multi-stage reinforcement, it reduces the complexity of construction and the overcrowding of reinforcement around the embedded columns compared to U-shaped reinforcing bars. Additionally, it minimizes interference with the main reinforcing bars of the foundation beams, helping to limit the widening of foundation beams and contributing to a more compact foundation. The Bearing Diabase Method has received certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for materials (MSTL-0555, MSRB-0126) and a Better Living evaluation for the method (CBL SS008-22). 【Features】 ■ Integration of base plates, diaphragms, and reinforcing bars ■ Easier reinforcement work compared to U-shaped reinforcing bars ■ Simplified confirmation and management of the required number of reinforcing bars on-site ■ No welding work required on-site due to the use of mechanical joints ■ Improvement of overcrowded reinforcement around embedded columns and compact foundation design *For more details, please refer to the catalog or website, or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
Near the sensor installation location.
-
During concrete pouring, the filling status can be monitored on the Hub (parent device) even from a location away from the Node (child device) connected to the sensor. Depending on the communication strength, it is possible to grasp the pouring status in real-time even at a certain distance.
-
During the concrete pouring, sensors continuously detect the concrete filling status. The filling detection and compaction detection are managed in real-time on the monitor of the Hub (main unit).
