[ZEROSAI Implementation Case] Heatstroke Prevention Measures for Several Months Starting in July
In the event of a report from the "disaster prevention light," take a break and hydrate! Case study of implementation in private companies.
We will introduce the implementation results of the natural disaster prevention system "ZEROSAI." Since the introduction began in July, measures against heatstroke were necessary. The client has also been strictly instructing on accidents related to heatstroke, so "ZEROSAI" was implemented as a preventive measure. Originally, this site had a rule to take breaks three times in the morning and three times in the afternoon for heatstroke prevention. In addition, when the values measured by the weather observation device "N Sensor" installed on-site reach the standard value, a notification is sent via email and the warning transmission device "Disaster Prevention Light" (electronic display board), at which point all on-site work is halted for a break and hydration. [Case Study] ■ Purpose - With the introduction starting in July, heatstroke is a major concern for several months. - Preventive measures against heatstroke are necessary. ■ Measures - Continuous monitoring of on-site observations. - Email notifications when temperature or WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) exceeds the standard value. - Simultaneous alerts to workers via the disaster prevention light. ■ Effect - When a notification is received, all on-site work is halted for a break and hydration. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
