Notice of NETIS registration for the dry spray method "Air Shot One"
The dry spray application method "Air Shot One" has been registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information System NETIS. NETIS Registration Number: KK-240029-A Air Shot One is a dry spray method that performs section restoration by mixing and spraying mortar powder, which is pumped with compressed air, and water, which is pumped through a nozzle. Traditionally, wet spray methods were used, but the use of this technology eliminates the need for mixing mortar, thereby improving workability, cost-effectiveness, quality, working environment, and shortening the construction process. The mortar powder is suitably formulated with cement, fine aggregates, various admixtures, and powdered polymers, resulting in a mortar that excels in durability and thickness application. Additionally, it allows for a spraying application rate of 1 cubic meter per hour, significantly improving the daily construction volume. For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *NETIS is a database operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to share and provide information on new technologies. Contractors can earn additional points in construction performance evaluations by utilizing technologies registered in NETIS for public works projects.*
