太平洋マテリアル
The dry spray application method "Air Shot One" has been registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information System NETIS. NETIS Registration Number: KK-240029-A Air Shot One is a dry spray method that performs section restoration by mixing and spraying mortar powder, which is pumped with compressed air, and water, which is pumped through a nozzle. Traditionally, wet spray methods were used, but the use of this technology eliminates the need for mixing mortar, thereby improving workability, cost-effectiveness, quality, working environment, and shortening the construction process. The mortar powder is suitably formulated with cement, fine aggregates, various admixtures, and powdered polymers, resulting in a mortar that excels in durability and thickness application. Additionally, it allows for a spraying application rate of 1 cubic meter per hour, significantly improving the daily construction volume. Contractors can earn additional points in construction performance evaluations by utilizing technologies registered in NETIS for public works projects.*
