"Pacific Tetraguard PW" is a powder shrinkage-reducing agent that suppresses drying shrinkage cracking in materials such as mortar and reduces cracks caused by drying shrinkage. It contains no moisture, so no hydration reaction occurs until mixed with water, even when pre-mixed with cement.
