The cloud-based system "Find Workflow" by Toko Densan will be applicable to the Electronic Book Preservation Law starting in September, in anticipation of the post-COVID era.

- Starting pre-introduction in April, promoting corporate DX through the utilization of electronic books and system integration - In recent years, as part of work style reforms, there has been a growing trend towards improving labor productivity through business efficiency and digitalization. However, the spread of the COVID-19 virus has rapidly accelerated the adoption of telework. Despite this, in traditional contract management and expense management tasks, there are cases where employees must come to the office to manage paper originals, which hinders the promotion of telework. In this context, the government has established the Electronic Book Preservation Law to improve business efficiency through corporate paperlessness. The Electronic Book Preservation Law is a law that allows the preservation of national tax-related books and documents as electronic data. With this functional update, Find Workflow will comply with the scanner preservation requirements of the Electronic Book Preservation Law, enabling the application of timestamps to electronic data and bulk verification. As a result, it will be possible to electronically store paper documents such as contracts, invoices, and receipts for expense reimbursements using scanned data that includes images taken with digital cameras or smartphones, contributing to the promotion of telework through paperlessness and reducing costs and workload associated with managing paper originals.
