We would like to introduce a case study of the renewal of the Web internal newsletter system utilizing our "internal newsletter app" at a comprehensive research company. The consideration began when the vendor that had been operating our in-house developed Web internal newsletter, which had been in operation since 2019, decided to withdraw from the business, making it difficult to continue. It became crucial to transfer articles while maintaining the functionality of the previous system. We successfully transferred over 500 articles in a short period and categorized them for better visibility. This led to an increase in page views and engagement rates, as well as a rise in contributions, indicating heightened interest in the internal newsletter.
