In a setting where accurate and rapid inspection work is required, the traditional method relying on visual inspection showed variations in precision among workers. There was also pressure to address the increasing physical burden on workers and the dependency of operations on specific personnel. The newly introduced AI image inspection solution handles everything from reading product numbers to verification in one go, instantly determining the match of product numbers, combinations, and quantities of each product. This improves the accuracy of inspection work, reduces the burden on workers, and eliminates the reliance on specific individuals for operations.
