On March 25, 2026, a hydraulic excavator (PC200-12) was introduced.

The site where we conducted construction, R6 Komatsu Yōham, has been featured as a case study for the introduction of automated construction.

In January 2026, we received the "Kurumin Certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a childcare support company. There are 68 companies in Ishikawa Prefecture that have received the Kurumin certification. We will continue to strive to create an environment where each employee can work with peace of mind.

On December 5th, our company was awarded the Director's Award for Excellent Construction Work for the "2023 Prefectural Water Supply Pipe Seismic Reinforcement Project, Water Supply Pipe Burial Work (Kaga 2-1-5)" that we undertook.

The official X account of the Noto Reconstruction Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun have published that our 3D printer has been adopted for the reconstruction of Noto. The official X account of the Noto Reconstruction Office introduces the use of our products in the restoration work of the Noto Expressway. Additionally, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun mentions that structures made with our products are being used for the restoration of roads damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and that the construction period can be shortened by about two weeks, so please take a look.

The Noto reconstruction project by the Kashima, Yoshimitsu, and Noto region maintenance-type construction joint venture was featured on NHK WORLD, stating that it is being constructed using a 3D printer, and it was broadcast on November 14. It can be viewed in 150 countries around the world.

At the site of the "R6 Komatsu Yobama Construction," we held a site tour for four days starting from November 24. Visitors were able to observe the automation and remote operation of construction machinery. The event was also featured in the Construction Industry Newspaper and the Construction Communication Newspaper.

On November 21, at the Nomi City Hall, our company was awarded for the "Yuno Children's Garden Development Project (Civil Engineering)" as an excellent construction project at the Nomi City Construction Project Awards Ceremony. For more details, please refer to the related link.

On June 19, the 32nd Safety Conference was held, and on the morning of the event, we engaged in a cleaning activity at the Forest of Relaxation. As in the previous year, the safety conference was attended by members of the Yoshitakai (Disaster Prevention Council of Partner Companies) and employees gathered together. Among the approximately 200 participants, there were reports on safety activities, safety awards, and lectures on effective safety education. It was also featured in the Construction Industry Newspaper on June 20.

On June 17, the Shinbirai Research Group of the local construction industry and the Wago-kan engineers jointly inspected the recovery site of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Our company, as a member of Wago-kan, planned the course for this Noto inspection, and on the day of the visit, our vice president, executive managing director, and four other employees participated in the inspection. Details of the inspection were published in the Construction Communication Newspaper on July 10.

On July 31, 2025 (Thursday), we held the second health seminar at Aim Quahouse N9. This time, each participant conducted a posture analysis using the Shisei Karte (AI posture analysis system) and received an explanation of the results. After that, we split into two groups for lessons on "Yoga" and "Stretching." Since the lessons were optional between the two types, even employees who are resistant to exercise said they "enjoyed it."

The appearance of professors from Kansai University of Civil Engineering Society visiting was published in the Construction Communication Newspaper on September 8. This will be the second site for the "KAN sonaer" method, which was adopted for the first time nationwide in the 2024 fiscal year.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has certified us as an "Excellent Construction Performance Company" and an "ICT Human Resource Development Promotion Company." This is the eighth consecutive year for the "Excellent Construction Performance Company" designation. We have been recognized as one of 49 companies in the jurisdiction (9 companies in Ishikawa Prefecture) for the "ICT Human Resource Development Promotion Company." This marks our second consecutive year for this recognition.

On September 20th (Saturday) at 7 AM, the annual "Hatagawa Garbage Collection" organized by the Hatagawa Council took place. Our company was responsible for the section from the Hatagawa Bridge to the Ishida Bridge on the Hokuriku Expressway, with 30 employees participating.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, I participated again in the "Road Adoption Activity" organized by the Flower and Interaction Creation Council. We took turns planting purple, yellow, and orange pansy seedlings along the section from the Saiku-cho intersection to the Enomachi intersection on National Route 360. An article about the event was published in the Construction Industry Newspaper on October 22.

On October 21, at the Ishikawa Prefectural Office, during the "Reiwa 7th Year Road Snow Removal Operator Award Ceremony," our company employee was recognized for their skills in road snow removal work and received a skill award. It was published in the Construction Industry Newspaper on October 22.
