▼What was the background and process of the implementation? With the launch of a new business, we considered a inquiry management tool. We established essential requirements for managing inquiries received via the website, phone, and email, as well as for introducing and sharing information with franchisees and managing progress. We conducted database creation and setup under G.FLEX support during a three-month free trial and determined it was suitable for business use. The trial environment was then transitioned to the production environment. ▼What is the situation after implementation? We have realized the desired features, and inquiries from the landing page can now be automatically captured via email. In the future, we plan to build a system that allows franchisees to share their strengths by matching with each other and mutually checking lists.
