Mitsui Home Co., Ltd.'s Wood and Building Materials Division was established on April 1, 2023, as the new business division of Mitsui Home, a leading company in the two-by-four construction method. By developing technology as a wood structure fabricator and systematizing processes from design to material delivery, we expand the possibilities of two-by-four construction and play a key role in the Mitsui Home Group. While positioning the provision of high-quality and reliable building materials as our core business, we will accelerate the expansion of new businesses and the strengthening of services. We will provide materials for large-scale fire-resistant buildings and facility-type structures using the two-by-four method, such as three-story wooden apartment buildings, nursing care facilities, warehouses, and livestock barns. We will enhance our renovation and condominium-related businesses by leveraging synergies with group companies and utilize the networks gained from these initiatives to challenge new business opportunities.
