According to the 2019 Construction Start Statistics Survey Report, when comparing the construction unit prices of various structures, it is evident that wooden warehouses are more than 10% cheaper than steel-framed warehouses. Additionally, while the useful life of depreciable assets is set shorter compared to other structures, it does not necessarily mean that the lifespan of wooden buildings is shorter than that of other structures.
