By installing a long-range radio (master unit) near the tunnel entrance or on top of a management vehicle and placing child units within the tunnel, a temporary communication environment can be established easily. All necessary equipment, including long-range radios (master and child units), is housed in a portable box to improve maneuverability on site. No communication setup is required; it can be used immediately with just power supply and installation, allowing for rapid establishment and dismantling of the temporary communication environment at the necessary time.
