PCR method for road use
Construct cross-structures safely and reliably without excavation! It minimizes deformation and suppresses subsidence of the upper pavement.
The "PCR Method for Roads" is a construction technique that allows for the parallel advancement of small-element PCR girders underground while utilizing the railway and road above. This method introduces prestressing to safely and reliably construct crossing structures without excavation. Depending on the support method of the PCR girder and the arrangement of PC steel materials, various forms such as lower girders, box-shaped tunnels, and circular tunnels can be selected. Since it is a pushing method using small elements, the thrust force is small, resulting in a compact reaction force facility. 【Features (Constructability)】 ■ Minimal impact on the upper road surface ■ Small thrust force, leading to a compact reaction force facility ■ No transportation of soil ■ Capable of handling gravel, cobblestones, and obstacles, ensuring high pushing accuracy ■ Smaller work yard can be accommodated *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
