By patrolling the site from a woman's perspective, we believe we can feel the environment more closely, which will lead to a reaffirmation of safety on site and the activation of communication with the site. The dormitory for construction workers has been completed.
The "dormitory for construction workers for partner companies" that we have been working on has recently been completed. The new dormitory is named "Dormitory Shin-Koiwa," with "dormitory" meaning "dorm" or "boarding house." It can accommodate 50 people. Additionally, this dormitory is equipped with a training room, and we plan to conduct various training sessions for employees and workers of partner companies organized by our company and partner companies. It also has the functionality to be used for educational and study sessions aimed at skill development.
