STEP method
In cases of strict restrictions on airspace! Construction methods with fewer constraints such as underfloor space and machinery.
The "STEP Method" is an economical temporary construction method that allows for the installation of sheet piles solely through excavation within the enclosure, without the need for extensive dredging. Segmented sheet piles are assembled around the structures that require investigation, repair, or reinforcement, then sunk into the riverbed and driven to the necessary depth using a jacking system. In conjunction with the driving process, the soil inside the sheet piles is excavated, and after installing water-stopping measures and supports, the area inside the sheet piles is drained to secure a dry working space. 【Features】 ■ Can be transported and installed in segments ■ Minimal impact on rivers ■ Compatible with various structural forms and shapes ■ No need for large-scale dredging or processing ■ Fewer constraints from under-bridge spaces and construction machinery *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
